A 6 Year Old Boy Found Dead Inside His Aunt’s Neighbor’s Freezer In Lagos

A 6-year-old boy identified as Treasure Akinsohun, was on Wednesday, found dead inside a freezer at Iyana School in Ketu-Mile 12 area of Lagos.

Treasure and her mom, Eunice Akinsohun, had gone to Ketu from Ikorodu, to celebrate Easter with his aunt when tragedy struck. .

It was gathered that his body was found inside his aunt’s neighbor’s freezer at her shop located at Orisigun Street, about five streets away from Oyedele Street, where his mother’s younger sister resides.

Treasure and other children in the compound were playing when he suddenly disappeared on Tuesday, only to be found inside Patience Odowo’s freezer on Wednesday.

Reacting to the reports, the State’s Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Bala Elkana, said Odowo has been arrested and detectives have launched investigation into the death.
